responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices Demonstrates HW behaviors with a focus will support minimum on the job training to perform the required duties Keyboardingdata entry experience One yearrelevant work experience preferredLicensure Certification RegistrationNational Certification NCCT or ASCP or equivalent preferredLanguage SkillsEffective communication in English language both written and verbal Secondary language preferredKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirements bull Knowledge of venipuncture techniquesbull Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitudebull Good keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory application and HHC computer systemsbull Continuous improvement mindsetbull Ability to handle different patient population including pediatric and geriatricbull Strong trouble shooting and problem
