Details of the position include: Job Title: Phlebotomist/Lab Associate Location: Somerville, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing – temp to perm possibility Schedule: + 32 hours per week guaranteed with the option of 40 some weeks (discussed further in the interview) + Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and rotating weekends + 8:00am – 4:30pm + Potential to cover 10:00am-6:30pm or 12:00pm-8:30pm Contract Requirements: + Experienced adult and pediatric phlebotomist + Willing to draw blood from children/infants + Pediatric heel stick & venipuncture experience to work independently on certain shifts + Active BLS by start date + Local candidate strongly preferred + Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required + COVID vaccine preferred but not required Department: Lab EMR: EPIC Parking: + Free on-site + Easily accessible via public transit Please feel free to contact me with any questions you mayhave regarding the positions.
