Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracyAnalyze and interpret test results, providing critical data to healthcare providersMaintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper function and calibrationAdhere to strict quality control and quality assurance standardsDocument and report test results promptly and accuratelyParticipate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocolsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient careQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related fieldGraduate from a medical technology program accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), or an educational program acceptable to the American Medical Technologist (AMT)Current certification/registration by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or AMTAt least one year of experience as a Medical TechnologistStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:
