As a Phlebotomy Supervisor you will lead a team of Phlebotomists and directly impact the Patient/Client experience. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, additional days and hours may be required

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of (+25) phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices in (Cities and/or Counties)Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logsMonitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessaryCoordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinkingPerform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisalsPartner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actionsHire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positionsCommunicate effectively to internal and external customers including patients, client office staff, sales team, logistics and senior managementProvide exceptional customer service to all patients and clientsAssist in the set-up of new Patient Service Centers or Client OfficesProvide resolution of any patient or client issuesPerform, collect and prepare specimens when neededTravel to additional sites as necessary

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentPhlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferredPrevious experience as a phlebotomistMust have a Valid Driver's License and good driving recordMust be at least 21 years’ oldProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionReliable transportation and clean driving record if applicableFlexibility to work overtime as neededAble to pass a standardized color blindness test
