The CBS Network Photo Publicity Department is seeking a Photo Operations Manager to support the Senior Vice President, Head of Photography and manage day-to-day operations within our photography team. Job Description:
Financial Management Coordinate freelancer payroll onboarding and timecard processing weekly for union and non-union staff. Audit and approve ledgers and timecards for unit photographers Process and code invoices, conduct vendor onboarding, and troubleshoot payment issues. Track and bill back costs to external and internal cost-share partners Lead and update the CBS Photo Team’s budget tracker monthly, including intercompany journal transfers and accruals. Generate and maintain budget projections and billing sheets. Confirm rates annually with the Local 600 Union and pull historical financial data as needed. Production and Administrative Support Revamp and oversee admin procedures for the photo department to improve operational efficiency. Manage team’s wiki with current production schedules and production information. Assist with press site updates and maintain photo assignments, calendars, and workflow documentation. Facilitate travel bookings, meeting coordination, and conference room scheduling. Generate and manage face ID sheets and coordinate team needs with Gower facilities. Provide on-set support during gallery photo shoots and live events, including card running and general assistance. Implement buyout agreements annually and for new hires as required. Maintain a library of fully executed cost shares with external partners. Develop and sustain strong working relationships with various external departments and teams, including PTP, Studios, Finance, Legal, and Publicity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Prioritize and maintain financial documents, ensuring they are accurately archived and easily accessible. Utilize advanced Excel skills and data analytics to support project management and decision-making processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in production or operational roles, ideally within entertainment. 3+ years of experience working in financial processes, with a keen understanding of budgeting and invoicing. 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; capable of managing high volumes under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail. Understanding of union rules (Local 600 and 667) and industry standards is a plus. Knowledge of Entertainment Partners (EP) payroll system is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
