The Photo Studio Stock Associate supports the Studio Management team with the handling, organizing and maintaining of system/physical inventory integrity

This is a Part-Time on-site position based out of our Chicago, Illinois Photo Studio

A day in the life as a Photo Studio Stock Associate…

Facilitate the physical and systemic movement of core merchandise and samples within the storePerform weekly inventory cycle counts and work with supervisors to reconcile discrepancies Support team to successfully meet project deadlinesUtilize the AS400 system to receive orders/transfers, reference stock levels, reconcile count adjustmentsFacilitate seasonal purge of discontinued product and receiving of new season’s productMaintain accurate labeling and organization of product samples and core merchandiseParticipate in the ongoing review and improvement of processesParticipate in the training of new hiresClearly communicate anticipated challenges to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional partners
