Help oversee up to 10 employees on the Photography team to coach them to meet units per hour (UPH) standards week over week
Train new employees to meet UPH standards, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, coaching and developing employees, and problem-solving
Answer daily questions regarding studio policies, up-to-date style guidelines, category UPHs, Expediting standard operating procedures (SOPs’) and training SOPs
Assist in the setup of the studio when needed which may include lights, cameras, lens or any other equipment that helps the studio run
Assist with photography production as needed
Assisting with various tasks to help the studio run effectively and efficiently while maintaining TRR standards
** This role is performed in a studio with flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) and may be triggering for those with photosensitivity. Additional information is available upon request.
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
[INTERNAL POSTINGS]Minimum 6 months of experience working at TRR achieving hourly quotas
[EXTERNAL POSTINGS]Minimum 1 year of experience working in ecommerce warehouse or production setting, achieving hourly quotas
Strong leadership aptitude and a desire to grow into a management role
Ability to work well independently, but lead by example in a team environment
Outstanding oral and verbal communication; comfortability with cross functional communication
Positive and encouraging demeanor with ability to motivate others
Ability to read and understand KPIs and Looker reports
Internal candidates must have positive KPI’s and productivity metrics
Preferred Requirements:
Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite, Cameras, and Capture One Pro Software
Experience photographing multiple product categories with strong units per hour (UPH) results and styling percentages month over month
Leadership experience

The expected hourly rate for this role is 18-21.83. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
