Photography Producer Culver City,California,United States Design Apple’s Product Design & Marketing, Original Photography team seeks a Photo Producer to oversee photo shoots for on-product experiences for some of Apple’s most visible applications including TV+, Sports, Apple Music & Podcasts, and App Store. This role works closely with the Lead Producer and Art Directors to take photo shoots and supporting motion capture end-to-end, from project brief through shoot capture and post-production. The ideal candidate has extensive experience across a variety of productions and the ability to oversee multiple productions at once. Candidate should be an expert in staying calm under pressure, possess strong communication, project and time management skills, and have a proven track record working collaboratively with others — in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment! **Description** You bring a passion for photography as a medium with a vast knowledge of photographers and global photo agencies at every scale (unit, editorial and commercial) with an eye for the inclusion of diverse voices. - Ability to work independently guiding productions from concept to delivery - Meticulous skills in budget management and a deep understanding of how to translate a creative vision into a cost-effective production approach - A pro-active and positive team player **Minimum Qualifications** + Minimum 8 years of relevant photo production experience + Must be able to provide and speak to a visual portfolio of work at Producer level or higher + Hands-on experience producing photo and motion shoots for a multitude of purposes + Expert in contract and fee negotiation with photographers and their agents **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Some experience producing video content + An organized and detailed approach to document filing and archiving + Ability to lead a project, partnering with internal and external teams on setting timelines, workflows and cross-functional meetings **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $225,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
