Someone who has worked with ZEND Frame work is IDEAL, or SIMILAR Frameworks
Other Needs are:
JavaScript
Dojo JavaScript toolkit

PHP
Object Oriented PHP

UI skills
SQL
Requirements:
Senior PHP Programmer for 5+yrs
Someone who has done a Lot of IT Programming but is Strong in PHP with lots of ECOMMERCE Projects.
Strong SQL DataBase Exp.
Someone who has worked with ZEND Frame work or similar frameworks
And the rest of the given technologies? JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML & etc.
