Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our team as an Associate Medical Director in St. Joseph, Missouri. This part-time role (3 days a week) offers an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, nurses, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Oversee the quality of care delivered in the facility, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. Serve as a leader and mentor to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Participate in administrative duties as needed, including strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and patient outcomes monitoring.

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). Active medical license in the state of Missouri or eligibility to obtain one. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Prior experience in a leadership or medical director role is preferred but not required. Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices.

Schedule & Compensation:
