Job Description
The position is for a technical contributor (individual) role in the areas of Physical design implementation and Tape-in sign-off flows and methodologies. In this position, you will be expected to implement Full-Chip design planning and integration solutions in tools like ICC2 and Virtuoso. In this position candidate will be architecting physical design methodology for Intel latest process technologies. This role includes validating Full-Chip DB with Tape-in sign-off flows and delivering the DB for Tape-in. Candidate is expected to Own execution of the project by working with sub-FC, section, IP, block DE/MD owners and Environment/DB DAs to deliver the DB for TI on time. You will be expected to provide necessary data in making decisions on tools and methodologies of choice in the associated domains on leading edge process nodes. Candidate is expected work in ICC2/Virtuoso tools seamlessly and coding (ICC2 TCL, Virtuoso SKILL) is added advantage.
Qualifications
Candidate should be pursuing Master's degree (M.Tech/MS) in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification from reputed institute. Candidate should have good knowledge of VLSI, Digital electronics, Analog circuit design and layout knowledge, and process technology. Understanding of fabrication and process technology will be added advantage. Any scripting language experience, like ICV, Calibre, perl, TCL, python would be plus point.
