Physical Inventory Control Analyst

As a Physical Inventory Control Analyst, you’ll help oversee the investment recovery and obsolete assets program, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy in inventory counts. This role is key in managing inventory activities, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. What you'll do: + Assist in managing inventory and supply operations – Assist material inventory and supply management functions while leading investment recovery efforts to maximize asset value. + Ensure compliance and continuous improvement – Monitor, evaluate, and recommend updates to policies, procedures, and best practices for physical inventory control. + Optimize inventory management – Forecast inventory needs to optimize working capital and minimize operational risk. Analyze inventory levels, adjust minimum/maximum thresholds, monitor lead times, and recommend control measures to maintain accuracy and efficiency. + Present insights and recommendations – Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors, offering strategic recommendations for inventory management and asset recovery. + Lead annual physical inventory activities – Oversee all aspects of the annual physical inventory count, from site preparation and on-site coordination to variance reporting and recordkeeping. Collaborate with other teams as needed. What you’ll need: + A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study is preferred, or equivalent work experience. + Professional Communication - Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. + Technology Experience - Must demonstrate effective use of computers and technology. + Proven Analytical Skills - Must demonstrate aptitude for strong analysis, logic, and persuasion skills.
