Physical Production Assistant, Apple TVCulver City,California,United States Marketing This position will provide administrative support for the Head of Production focusing on projects at Apple TV+. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly attitude and determined work ethic. We need someone exceptionally with prior experience supporting an entertainment executive that is well-organized and able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, taking initiative wherever possible and budgeting time for special projects. **Description** In this role you will provide administrative support to team leaders at the executive or leadership level. You must have the ability to run cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling, while supporting the overall teams. In this role you will coordinate meetings via live, video conference and conference calls, plan and execute offsite meetings for team. your ability to quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures is crucial. In this position there is consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc. and the sharing of highly confidential and sensitive information. Critical thinking is needed to understand the business and see the “big picture”. Your ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically is necessary to proactively lead team support ranging from creating contact lists and digital filing to printer management, supplies, facilities, ordering equipment for tech lab and more You must be proficient in eApproval and completing expense reports and have experience with on-boarding new employees. **Minimum Qualifications** + Minimum 1 year of experience assisting an entertainment executive with excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment + Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure + Experience calendaring for senior level executives and/or teams + Must possess critical thinking and a “can-do” attitude for all situations + Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and react efficiently and calmly in the face of changes + Direct experience taking care of sensitive and confidential information + Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor knowing when to delegate issues upward + Bachelors Degree **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + 2 or more years of experience assisting a physical production executive within the television space + Prior experience on set **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
