Description:This position requires a current TS/SCI clearance.
The Physical Security Representative responsibilities include:
• Support both the Intelligence and DoD community customer base by developing ICD-705 compliant Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Construction Security Plans (CSP), and DCSA Forms 147.
• Manage SCIF and Open Storage Area construction and accreditation as a Site Security Manager.
• Develop plans for Protected Distribution Systems and perform technical inspections thereof.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and respond to Requests for Information.
• Conduct routine secure area construction project inspections to provide excellent quality assurance and compliance.
• Conduct STC testing to ensure rated perimeters meet customer requirements.
• Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business opportunities, and communicates observations and recommendations to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
• Current TS/SCI clearance
• Demonstrated understanding of the ICD-705 Technical Specifications for Construction and NISPOM/CFR 32 in building and accrediting SCIF/SAPF/Open Storage Areas
• Able to drive 1-2 hours to projects within business hours
• Ability to climb ladders
Desired Skills:
• Experience with implementation of Security Directives, Policies, Publications, and Regulations
• Experience with blueprint reading
• Effective time management practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intuitive grasp of design applications and PDF editors
• Adaptable to new environments
• Strong team-player
• Proactive & analytical thinker

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
