Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Physical Therapist to work PRN at our New Albany Home Health Agency.

The physical therapist evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the home environment and implements an appropriate plan of care according to those needs utilizing the client’s level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests, community resource and the patient’s support system.

Advanced Degree PTProfessional license PTValid Driver’s LicenseBLS Healthcare ProviderOne year of experience as an Physical TherapistHome Health experience preferred
