Physical Therapist | Outpatient Rehab | Southway Rehabilitation

Provides services to patients ranging from the very young (newborn) to the elderly in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating inpatients and outpatients. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. May work with patients on an individual and/or group basis using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures. Serves patients of all age groups. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm shifts No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $78,713.08 per year and increases with experience Salary range:  $78,713.08 - $118,080.3 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate $3,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus  Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: 

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy required. Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.  Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit.  Specific clinical training in areas of special interest preferred.

Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
