How you’ll make an impact as a Home Health Physical Therapist

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Physical TherapyCurrent State License as a Physical TherapistValid Driver’s LicenseCurrent CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declinationTwo years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
