Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager, assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures.

Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift Part-time, 0.6 FTE, Day shift

Required Qualifications: 

Sufficient for license. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
