Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution approved by the
State board Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. Preferred qualifications:

1 year Therapy experience in home care or in related rehabilitation setting. Experience with the geriatric population
