The incumbent provides patient assessments, develops and implements individual patient treatment programs, provides therapeutic interventions utilizing current and effective methodologies, and maintains effective documentation. **Qualifications** **MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS** Current state licensure as a physical therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Provider Skills: Requires critical thinking complex problem solving decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
