Job description:

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate, and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number One year: Home Health

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Physical Therapy with adults with physical disabilities 1 year experience with the geriatric population
