Job Description

PINN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our family in Longview, WA. 

SALARY: $ 80,000 - $ 105,000 / Year + $ 20000 Sign-On Bonus

This salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications.  Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy ProgramCurrent or pending state licensure

Longview, WA is a city with unique history. It is located at the junction of the Cowlitz and Columbia Rivers. Take a walk along Lake Sacajawea or explore the historical downtown! It is conveniently located 1 hour away from Portland, OR which allows you to escape the crowds, yet have access to city life. For the outdoor adventurer, Mount Saint Helens is a 1.5 hour drive away. The PINN brand offers Industrial Rehabilitation, specializing in return to work programs and getting patients back to pre-injury status. We are located in an oversized warehouse, perfect for recreating a patient’s day to day work functions and promoting collaboration between our specialties (PT/OT/LMT). This clinic averages 100 visits a week and is staffed with 1 PTO and a part-time Physical Therapist.
