Physical Therapist

The physical therapist in an outpatient clinic will work with a variety of patients.  Patients are mostly orthopedic in nature, but can include any patient in need of outpatient physical therapy services.  The Physical Therapist needs to be able to work as a team that includes physical therapy staff, local physicians, and Providence Centralia Hospital staff.  In addition, he/she should work well autonomously and be willing and able to take on project development/improvement tasks.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred qualifications:

A minimum of one full-time internship in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic.
