We provide a variety of outpatient physical therapy services for individuals of all ages and activity levels. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, and pain management, taking a “hands-on” approach to every patient we encounter. Having prompt, appropriate treatment can contribute to a faster recovery. What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Bismarck.
Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues.Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries through electronic medical record.
What You Have:
Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!Current state of North Dakota license and CPR certificationAbility to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learnAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
