Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager, assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures.

Required Qualifications: 

Sufficient education for license. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
