Qualifications: Required: + Current NJ Licensure + Successful completion of all orientation programs Preferred: + APTA Member + CI Certification by APTA Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable): + BLS certification Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions): + Primarily seeking weekend rotation-Minimum 2 weekends/ month, Holiday, 1-2 weekday coverage for inpatient Acute Care + Days + Per Diem Essential Functions: + Assessing the physical therapy needs of the patient . + Preparing the rehabilitation plan of care based on the assessment that integrates goals + Treatment, outcomes and discharge plan. + Providing rehabilitation service to the patient as specified in the rehabilitation plan of care. + Reassessing the patient s response to services provided and revising the rehabilitation plan of care as needed. + Documents care given within the Daily Treatment Note in EMR to support the delivery of therapy services. + Incorporates an understanding of economic factors in the delivery of services and maintains compliance with productivity standards of the department as specified in the staffing plan.
