Physical Therapist

Reporting to the Director of Therapy Services, this position is responsible for planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.  The Physical Therapist (PT) collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and the Physical Therapy Aide (PT Aide).

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy. California Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.  California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year - Acute care experience.
