JOB SUMMARY
The Physical Therapist plans, interprets, and implements specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: None
Preferred/Optional: Experience as a physical therapist.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.Physical Therapist license awarded by the State of WisconsinPreferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
Work Schedule
Monday 8:00-5:00 with 60 minute lunchTuesday 8:00-5:00 with 60 minute lunchThursday 8:00-5:00 with 60 minute lunchFriday: 8:00-4:30 with 30 minute lunch (can also flex to 7:30 with 60 minute lunch)This position will be covering the outpatient department with optional inpatient weekend coverage.
