Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager, assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures. This is an Out patient position.
Providence Mount Carmel Rehabilitation is in a rural-hospital-based setting. We provide outpatient Rehabilitation services for patients with a wide variety of ages and diagnoses. We have a great team of PTs, OTs and SLPs, who work in a great team atmosphere. We provide mentorship and a generous continuing education benefit.
