Physical Therapist

The position plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age  specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.  Provides assistance to co workers, patients, and visitors as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy. California Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.  California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.  Work experience in Physical Disabilities Setting. Experience in working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience as a Physical Therapist.
