Our full-time employees enjoy a robust benefits package which may include health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, **licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistance for eligible roles.** **Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required, Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. + 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required. + Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required. + BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required. **About the Job:** + The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. + This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately. + The Physical Therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to professional standards, maintaining privacy, and respecting patient rights. **We know it’s not just about finding a job.
