The Opportunity:
Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton, MO is seeking a full time day Physical Therapist, PT to join our team. In this role you implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs after referral from a physician. Interventions may include therapeutic exercise manual therapy functional retraining use of thermal electrical modalities gait training and use of various other training and retraining skills. Periodically reevaluates client to determine effectiveness of interventions and contributes to discharge planning. The PT supervises treatment provided by students technicians or physical therapist assistants and recommends client care interventions to other members of the health care team to contribute to the client rehabilitation process. The PT delegates and instructs supportive personnel in services to be provided and performs other duties as requested by the manager.
