Under the supervision of the Program Manager and consultative supervision of the Physical Therapy Practice Manager, the Physical Therapist I is an expert in movement disorders and is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, Physical Therapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy professional program or equivalent educ/experience.  California Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Master's Degree.
