Position Details:

Work Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a weekend and holiday rotation. Primary Location: UPMC Muncy, with occasional coverage at UPMC Williamsport.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer physical therapy treatments and modalities to enhance patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare team members. Serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students, residents, and fellows. Maintain professional licensure through ongoing education and professional development. Supervise physical therapist assistants in the treatment of patients across all age groups. Participate actively in staff meetings and in-service education programs. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all physical therapy services provided. Provide home instructions to patients and their families to support continued recovery. Schedule patients to ensure high productivity while delivering quality care.
