You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and reassess patient progress regularly while maintaining thorough documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care in a professional, patient-centered environment. **Essential Functions** + **Evaluate & Plan:** Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess needs and create personalized treatment plans. + **Administer Therapy:** Provide safe, effective therapy treatments and document interventions accurately. + **Reassess & Adjust:** Regularly reassess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. + **Documentation & Collaboration:** Maintain precise and detailed documentation for evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and billing. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. + **Patient & Family Education:** Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care. + **Maintain Safety & Cleanliness:** Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe environment. + **Compliance & Adaptability:** Adhere to facility policies and standards, including safety and infection control procedures.
