AmergisHealthcare is actively looking for Physical Therapists that would beinterested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at an Orthopedic Care Facility inthe Northern Suburbs of Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract arebelow:

Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

LocationOptions:

Rockford, IL Elgin, IL Algonquin, IL

PayRate (Local): $83 per hour  

TotalTravel Package: $3,606.00/week

*Mustreside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Taxable Wages = $2,360.00/week Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

  EstimatedWeekly Take Home after taxes= $3,016.00

Schedule:

40 hours/week, 5×8 hour shifts Flexible hours offered, clinic hours are 7:00A to 6:00P Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Duration:

13 Weeks (Temp to Perm opportunity)

Requirements:
