Job Description

Evaluate and treat patients using personalized therapy plans Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and progress Ensure patient accountability for attendance and adherence to therapy programs Complete all necessary documentation and update treatment plans as needed Supervise PTAs and therapy technicians Conduct free consultations and assist in patient outreach Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports Collaborate with the marketing team for community engagement efforts

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping patients achieve their recovery goals New graduates are welcome to apply
