Job Description:

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution approved by the state board. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process. Preferred Qualifications:

1 year in Therapy with adult physical disabilities.
