Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Physical Therapy. Or  Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines. Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Home Health experience.  1 year Experience as a Physical Therapist.
