This position will be working 32 hours/week.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats participants with physical disabilities in accordance with all applicable and commonly accepted professional standards of practice. Designs treatment plans, which focus on maximizing independence. Documents treatment and care. Coordinates with the physician, other facility staff, and family members regarding the scope of the treatment plan. Instructs in precautions; follows through regarding need for additional service or referral.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Graduate from a college/university program in Physical Therapy that is approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year Experience in physical therapy in an adult rehabilitation setting within a hospital, home health, or skilled nursing center.
