Physical Therapist Assistant, (PTA), Bartram Skilled Nursing Facility-PRN

PRN SHIFT

Pay Rate: $30 an hour 

Location: 6209 Brooks Bartram Drive, Building 100, Jacksonville, FL 32258
 

Position Summary: Administers physical therapy treatments to patients working under the direction of and as an assistant to the Physical Therapist.
 

Responsibilities:

Functions under supervision of a Physical Therapist Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment Effectively communicate both verbally and written Promote evidence based patient care

Qualifications:

Current PTA license in state of Florida Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification Experience preferred, will consider a new grad Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
