Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement therapy plans that promote patient recovery and independence. Administer manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises, supporting patients in performing daily living activities and ambulatory functions. Conduct assessments, interpret evaluations, and determine appropriate therapy plans in consultation with physicians. Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress in compliance with legal and professional standards. Perform follow-up visits and maintain eligibility requirements for home health services. Provide maintenance therapy and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements. Travel to patient homes, requiring a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Active California state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Minimum of one year of experience in home health care settings. Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and care. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
