A dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant is needed to provide high-quality care in the comfort of patients' homes. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities Providing skilled physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions designed to improve mobility and function. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

 

Qualifications A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Arizona. A valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. A current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification. A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot within the last year. A copy of Immunization/Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella).
