Job Overview:

As directed by the Physical Therapist implements Physical therapy treatment in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Required:

AAS Physical Therapy Temporary licensure or current NJ LicensureSuccessful completion of all orientation programs BLS certification within ninety days of hire to the department Preferred Qualifications APTAMember CI Certification by APTA

Scheduling Requirements:

8:00 5:00 Days Full-Time

Essential Functions:

Records statistical information for the department in a timely mannerParticipates in the interdisciplinary patient/member teaching processKeeps up to date and accurate medical recordsTreats inpatients and outpatients to meet the established Standard of CareDirectly supervises the work of physical therapist assistants students as well as keep the supervisor and managers informed of progresscollaborates scheduling of inpatient and outpatient caseload in conjunction with Supervisor
