Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED   

Experience: 0-2 yrs

License: LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT  

Certification: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
