**Overview** **Position:** Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient **Location:** Beaver County, PA **Schedule:** PRN, as needed, Monday through Friday **Compensation:** Hourly rate 25-27/hr based on your experience. We are seeking an experienced PRN physical therapist assistant (PTA) to help on an as-needed basis. While our centers typically operate Monday through Friday, our flexible scheduling lets you craft a schedule that's suited to your unique lifestyle! **Unique Location/Job Details:** **Unique:** Position is covering as needed in our outpatient orthopedic center in Greensurg. This is a community based, patient focused outpatient center that sees a diverse patient mix including orthopedics, neuro and sports medicine. Indirect Supervision is required. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act. + Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures + Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff. **Qualifications** + College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program + Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE + Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process) + CPR certification **Additional Data** _Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal-opportunity employer.
