BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist Dual Clinic Director to join our team in Salem, Oregon

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy ProgramCurrent or pending state licensure
