Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business & Triniti Home Health & Hospice! We are looking for a Full-Time, Float Physical Therapist to travel to our MN sites in the Metro/Central area of the Twin Cities! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) & up to a $5,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

This Full-Time position working 3 days per week, 8 hours a day because we factor in drive time and documentation. Hours and Days are Flexible!

Pay Range: $45 - $65 / hour depending on experience

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Assess & Diagnose: Develop “Start of Care Visits” and “Initial Evaluations” by evaluating patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area.Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:
