Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and various modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques for effective at-home care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in inpatient care within hospital settings as required.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience in orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, geriatrics, pediatrics, or acute care settings is preferred.
- Ability to develop effective, individualized care plans.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm & 10:00am-7:00pm. No weekends- No holiday's required

The salary range for this position is $84,000-$104,000/year
