PHYSICAL THERAPIST - HOME HEALTH

Schedule: Full Time Day shift
Service Locations: will travel around Humboldt

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program OR Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Based on Graduation Year) OR D.P.T from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Based on Graduation Year) California Physical Therapist License upon hire Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

Home Health experience 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
